![[UoEBS-Twitter-SalesFunnel-Graphic.jpg]] What ever I study has a nasty habit of collapsing during my research. This has led to a series of papers on how regions and firms respond to profound crises such as recessions, business disruptions, and pandemics. Between 2020 and 2022 I was the Principal Investigator of the ERICC project ([Entrepreneurial resiliency, innovation, and change during the COVID-19 Crisis](https://gtr.ukri.org/projects?ref=ES%2FV004956%2F1)). This was a multi-researcher UKRI-funded project which followed how 90 different high-growth British entrepreneurs handled the Covid pandemic. From this research we released reports on [[The invisible problems facing founders]] and how [[founders maintained wellbeing during the pandemic]]. My work on crisis includes these papers: * [[Managing through a crisis - Emotional leadership strategies of high-growth entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic]] * [[Meeting its Waterloo? Recycling in Entrepreneurial Ecosystems after Anchor Firm Collapse]] * [[Economic geography and the financial crisis]]
